EltaMD's UV Replenish Broad-Spectrum SPF 44 is a mineral sunscreen with an oil-free formula that protects skin from UV rays. Powered by micronized zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and antioxidants, this gentle formula combats skin-aging free radicals, while hyaluronic acid helps restore lost moisture to dry and stressed skin.

Key Ingredients:

  • Micronized Zinc Oxide: provides non-irritating, nonallergenic physical protection against UVA and UVB rays. It forms a barrier on top of your skin for immediate sun protection and therefore is not absorbed into the skin.
  • Micronized Titanium Dioxide: provides a gentle physical sunblock to UVA and UVB rays by forming a physical barrier that sits on top of your skin and provides immediate sun protection without absorption into the skin.
  • Hyaluronic Acid: a powerful moisture-binding ingredient that keeps skin hydrated and helps prevent moisture loss.

Key Benefits:

  • Provides chemical-free, gentle broad-spectrum protection for the face with SPF 44.
  • Helps restore moisture to dry, stressed skin with hyaluronic acid.
  • Antioxidant activity works to combat skin-aging free radicals associated with ultraviolet (UV) and infrared radiation (IR).

This sun protection product falls into the Protect layer of the SkinHappy Pyramid.

Use the SkinHappy Pyramid as a guide to the maintenance of healthy and beautiful skin for a lifetime.  A complete skincare program includes all three levels, with the most important being the base of the pyramid. PROTECT your skin using broad-spectrum sun protection, and a retinoid, the foundation of good skincare.  Take it to the next level with the use of vitamin antioxidants and alpha hydroxyl acids to REPAIR your skin.  Top off a complete skincare regimen with products that RENEW your skin, growth factors, peptides and anti-oxidants.

If you have a concurrent medical condition, such as acne, or rosacea, use targeted therapies in addition to these basic skin health practices.
